Guestline Rezlynx: Subscribe to alerts from the service status dashboard

You can subscribe to receive alerts from the dashboard regarding your Guestline products, or unsubscribe, in a few simple steps.

Communication is key to our customers, especially in the event of a high-impact incident or product downtime. Monitor the status of your products by using the status dashboard. Register for product alerts for new events and updates created on the status dashboard, for example, high-priority incidents.

To Subscribe

To register for alerts, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Subscribe at the top right-hand side of the page.

  2. Click Email, then enter your email address.

  3. Read the accept the terms & services.

  4. Tick I accept terms & services and click Next.

  5. Within Customisations select either:

    • All Services - will notify you of all services within Hospitality.

    • Or Selected Services - you can decide to select all the services within a group or only select the most relevant to you:

      • Guestline PMS Rezlynx

      • Guestline Distribution, formerly Roomlynx

      • GuestPay

      • Direct Booking Manager or DBM

      • GuestStay

      • Newbridge PoS

      • Guestline PoS

  6. Select the option: Only send me the minimum number of notifications, typically first and last, or leave this blank to receive all updates.

  7. Click Save.

You have now successfully subscribed.


To Unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from alerts, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Subscribe at the top right-hand side of the page.

  2. Click Forgot your link?

  3. Click Email.

  4. Enter your email address.

  5. Click Resend.

  6. Then, in the email you receive - click unsubscribe from these alerts, then click Email to unsubscribe.

You have now successfully unsubscribed.
